GUELPH, ON, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: ENP) ("ENPAR"
or the Company), is pleased to announce that it has engaged SC Studer
Consulting AG to provide investor relations services for the Company in
Europe. In connection with the engagement, the Company has entered into a six
month consulting agreement commencing November 1, 2007 whereby SC Studer
Consulting AG will receive a total fee of Swiss Francs (CHF) 18,000. SC Studer
Consulting AG will also be reimbursed for certain expenses incurred in
connection with providing such services.
In addition, the Company has agreed to grant Marlies Studer, the
principal of SC Studer Consulting AG, an option to purchase 100,000 common
shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 per share. The options
will have a two (2) year term and will vest in accordance with the policies of
the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Neither Ms. Studer nor SC Studer
Consulting AG holds any interest, directly or indirectly, in ENPAR or its
Ms. Studer has a background in the fields of banking, portfolio
management, and public relations. From 2002 to 2004, she was involved in
investor relations activities in connection with financings of United
States-based mid cap and small cap companies. In January 2005, Ms. Studer
founded SC Studer Consulting AG and has been an investor and public relations
representative for various international clients since that time. SC Studer
Consulting AG is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
