CALGARY, Aug. 20 /CNW/ - Emerald Bay Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: EBY)
today reported on recent activities.
Emerald Bay has recently drilled, logged, and cased a prospective natural
gas well in Township 43, Range 18 at Kelsey, Alberta. The logs and geological
data support our original optimism and show good potential for natural gas.
Perforation and testing operations are scheduled commence August 22nd.
Commenting on the drilling results, Shelby Beattie, President of Emerald
Bay, said: "We are encouraged by this second well drilled in the Kelsey area.
With the additional lands we have in Kelsey, this could prove to be a good
core area for future development in Central Alberta"
