Elmwood School expands search for 2008 Margaret White Scholar

    OTTAWA, Jan. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - Elmwood continues its search to find the
new Margaret White scholar as current recipient and grade 12 student Neuczki
Mathurin gets set to graduate this spring.
    This highly prestigious award is open to a new student entering Grade 9
in 2008, who demonstrates excellence in academic achievement, extra-curricular
involvement, leadership and community service. The Margaret White Scholarship
covers all tuition fees from grades 9 through 12. 100% of Elmwood's graduating
students attend the University of their Choice.
    "Elmwood's vast opportunities have enabled me to discover my potential
both as an individual and as a leader. My experiences at Elmwood School have
undoubtedly provided a solid foundation for all my future endeavors," said
Matherin, who plans to study engineering at the University of Toronto
beginning in the fall. "The opportunities presented to me thanks to the
Margaret White Scholarship have truly changed my life."
    The deadline for receipt of application is January 31, 2008. Candidates
will be contacted for an interview upon receipt of application. The
