Elizabeth and Tony Comper Named Recipients of Scopus Award

    MONTREAL, April 27 /CNW Telbec/ - Canadian Friends of the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem will present the Scopus Award to Elizabeth and Tony
Comper, in recognition of their extraordinary leadership. Tony Comper is
Immediate Past President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO, and Elizabeth
Comper is recognized for her exceptional contributions to theatre, culture and
the arts.
    The Compers are also the founders of FAST (Fighting Anti-Semitism
Together), a coalition of non-Jewish leaders from Canada's business world that
has set itself the goal of denouncing anti-Semitism.

    The Award will be presented at a special dinner:

                       900 René-Lévesque Boulevard West

    The Honorable Irwin Cotler, a Member of Canada's Parliament, will be the
guest speaker at the event.
