Early Bird Ends Friday - 3rd Annual, "Municipal Communications Conference," in Ottawa, November 24-26, 2008

    OTTAWA, Oct. 7 /CNW/ - Over a dozen experts in municipal communications
will come together to present at the 3rd annual, "Municipal Communications

    Ottawa's Mayor Larry O'Brien will open the conference with an address on
