today announced that it has entered into an agreement, through its
wholly-owned subsidiary Mahjong Systems (Cyprus) Limited, with Evolution
Gaming Limited covering the distribution of Dynasty's Mahjong Mania software.
Evolution Gaming, based in the United Kingdom, is one of the industry's
leading developers and value-added resellers of gaming software, targeting the
Asia market in particular.

Mania software provides the only aggregate, cash wager and play-for-points
Mahjong game available for Internet use, and there is growing acceptance that
