Launches "The Ultimate Snowboard World Cup Contest"
TORONTO, Jan. 24 /CNW/ - Dose.ca, Canada's online entertainment
destination for youth-minded individuals, has teamed up with the Canadian
Snowboard Federation in a cross-promotional relationship aimed at increasing
awareness of the sport, and its Canadian athletes and events. Kicking off the
partnership, Dose.ca will host the "The Ultimate Snowboard World Cup Contest"
to promote the upcoming Nokia Snowboard FIS World Cup in Calgary, Alberta from
February 28 to 29, 2008.
The overall collaboration will focus on raising awareness of the Canadian
Snowboard Federation with exposure throughout Canwest's network of properties,

and weekly ads in the arts and life sections of all Canwest newspapers will
promote the contest.
As part of the media partnership, Dose.ca's promotions include logo
signage at the Nokia Snowboard FIS World Cup and a giant banner at the TELUS
Halfpipe competition venue. Additionally, pro snowboarders' bibs will don the
