Door and Window Renovation - Grant programs and savings at one address:

    A JELD-WEN Initiative

    QUEBEC CITY, Feb. 2 /CNW Telbec/ - Door and window manufacturer JELD-WEN
is innovating again with a new online tool to help consumers get maximum
grants when they change doors and windows. The new website
contains everything you need to know about government grants available in
every part of Canada and how to apply. It also lists the most energy-efficient
products, local retailers, and information on ENERGY STAR products and energy
Now there is no need to search in many places to find the information
you're looking for-all the information you need is now in one place: JELD-WEN is the first door and window manufacturer in Canada
to offer such a program to consumers. This tool helps customers find the
information they are looking for and gives them access to the best products
"We wanted to provide Canadian consumers with one-stop shopping for
information on all door and window grants, no matter where they live," said
Lisa Bergeron, Marketing Manager for JELD-WEN. "It's a whole new approach to
customer service. Consumers are no longer being asked to spend hours searching
for what best suits them-now we simply ask them where they live and propose
what is best suited for their area."
JELD-WEN is established as the world leader in door and window
manufacturing. Last year it became the first Canadian door and window
manufacturer to be licensed by the government of Canada to promote ecoENERGY
Retrofit - Homes, the federal government's energy efficiency program. This
program allows homeowners to get a grant after an assessment done by an energy
advisor certified by Natural Resources Canada. With a presence in 17
countries, JELD-WEN has 200 factories-including two in Quebec (Saint
Apollinaire and Saint Henri)-and over 20,000 employees worldwide. JELD-WEN
boasts the largest line of door and window products in the world. It is
constantly investing in research and development to offer the industry's most
innovative and energy-efficient technologies for homes in Canada and the
United States.
