NEW YORK, April 3 /CNW/ - Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. today announced
that Jeff Rosichan will join the Bank as a Vice Chairman in Equity Capital
Markets. Rosichan will focus primarily on originating Equity Capital Markets
business and enhancing investment banking relationships. He will be based in
New York and will report to Richard Byrne, Head of Global Capital Markets in
Rosichan will join from Bank of America, where he is the Head of US
Equity Capital Markets. Prior to Bank of America, Rosichan spent seven years
at Merrill Lynch covering clients in both New York and Hong Kong. Rosichan
also practiced law at Skadden Arps in the US and abroad.

Rosichan earned a JD from the University of California's Hastings College
of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of California-Los Angeles.
