MONTREAL, April 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Dessau Inc. announces that Frank
Zampino, who served as the firm's senior vice-president and chief financial
officer since January 12, has tendered his resignation. The resignation was
regretfully accepted and takes effect immediately.

responsibilities in no way affects the firm's integrity and its ability to
execute its business plan.
Dessau thanks Mr. Zampino for his contribution to the firm during his
tenure as chief financial officer and wishes him the best of luck in his
future professional pursuits.
