Dental Professionals Hold an Important Annual Event

    MONTREAL, May 22 /CNW Telbec/ - The 38th annual Journées dentaires
internationales du Québec (JDIQ), the largest dentistry convention in Canada,
will be held from May 23 to 26 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal
convention centre. This important annual event focuses on continuing
professional education for all Quebec dentists and the members of their dental
    The scientific program for the convention includes a number of workshops
and lectures given by internationally renowned speakers. The workshops will
look at subjects as varied as treating snoring, dental care for the elderly
losing their independence, women's oral health, and innovations in
laser-assisted oral and implantation surgery.
    Another highlight is the presentation by author and speaker Karen Cortell
Reisman, Albert Einstein's cousin, who will draw on the famous physicist's
letters to shed light on communication strategies with patients and how to
strengthen the bond of trust between dentists and their patients.

everyone in the dentistry industry. Exhibitors will be displaying a wide range
of the latest, often high-tech products and services.
