shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, dealers and communities. This
is how we grow a great business."

has doubled its annual giving over the past three years and anticipates
awarding grants and gifts totaling $12 million in 2007. In addition, the
report points out that between 1972 and 2006 energy conservation programs
reduced Deere's total greenhouse gas emissions by 63 percent per ton of

live and work, helps protect the environment and preserve precious resources,
and delivers a valuable return to investors.
