Dancap Statement to the Ontario Superior Court Ruling

TORONTO, Aug. 19 /CNW/ - Dancap Productions Inc. recently received
notification by the Ontario Superior Court that the court has denied its
request for an interlocutory injunction preventing the impending transaction
of the sale of the Canon and Panasonic Theatres by Key Brand Entertainment
Inc. to Mirvish Enterprises Inc. Although the court noted that Dancap's
challenge to the termination of its management role in the Theatres does
"raise a serious issue to be tried," the court did not agree that this met the
high standard for interlocutory relief.
Aubrey Dan, Founder and President of Dancap, commented that "Dancap is
disappointed with the court's preliminary ruling, and we are currently
reviewing all of our legal options. Dancap remains confident that it has a
strong position on the merits of its legal claims." Dancap sought its
investment and strategic alliance with Key Brand in an attempt to continue to
service the Toronto theatre public with the production and presentation of
high-caliber Broadway style theatre.

Dancap Productions looks forward to its presentation of Jersey Boys at
the Toronto Centre for the Arts starting August 21, 2008 and its 2009 show
package series. For further information please go to www.dancaptickets.com.
