participation at the 2007 Consumer Electronic Design and Installation
Association ("CEDIA") Expo that was a success. At the event, D-BOX unveiled a
new product version of the Universal Motion Platform, received two industry
awards and previewed a soon to be released clip of a Blu-ray movie embedded
with D-BOX(TM) MOTION CODE(TM).
The UMP-200, unveiled earlier this month at the 2007 CEDIA, is in-line
with the Company's objective to develop more flexible and affordable platforms
in order to attract a wider audience. The technological components of this
adaptable home entertainment system are completely integrated and require

D-BOX(TM) MOTION CODE(TM) on Blu-ray disk produced by Twentieth Century Fox
and also demonstrated its new GP-200 Gaming Chair to an enthusiastic audience.
After trying out the D-BOX GP-200, Reed Stevens, a professional Formula race
