CUPE reaches tentative agreement with City of Barrie

    BARRIE, ON, Sept. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - CUPE 2380 has reached a tentative
agreement with the City of Barrie, averting a strike by about 400 municipal
employees. Details of the agreement will be released pending ratification. A
vote by CUPE members will be held in early October.
