TORONTO, Aug. 29 /CNW/ - With Film Festival fever on the rise, CTV
announced today leading elements in its plans for unprecedented coverage for
the star-studded Toronto International Film Festival, beginning September 6.
From the opening night gala to the final film premiere, CTV will convert its
downtown location at 299 Queen St. West into CTV's Festival Headquarters. The
site will become CTV's home base for complete TIFF coverage as well as the
launching pad into the hottest and most exclusive festival events, galas and
film parties, featuring the most sought-after, A-list stars and celebrities.
From the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District, CTV's Festival
Headquarters will be the epicentre for CTV's suite of No. 1 entertainment
brands that, for the 10 days of TIFF, will join forces to cover every red
carpet, every major star, every gala, and every breaking story.
Leading the way with all the big picture coverage is eTalk, a Canadian
original and the country's most-watched entertainment brand. Hosted by Ben
Mulroney along with Tanya Kim and backed by the biggest entertainment newsroom

Canada AM - and full TIFF news coverage across a full slate of CTV News
properties - and its easy to see why CTV viewers will get the big picture.
It's the biggest names, the rising stars and all the breaking stories. It's
massive and multi-platform. This September, viewers will get it all on CTV and
its trusted stable of entertainment experts.
