- FashionTelevision's Jeanne Beker looks back as Valentino's final
couture show hits the Paris runway -
TORONTO, Jan. 16 /CNW/ - On January 24 CTV airs a timely prime time
portrait of one of the world's most influential designers in FashionTelevision
Presents Valentino: King of Couture. The original, authorized portrait
premieres Thursday, January 24 at 7 p.m. ET (repeating Saturday at 7 p.m. ET)
on CTV (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). The special will also
air on FashionTelevision Channel (FTC) on Saturday, February 2 at 3 p.m. and
11 p.m. ET. Hosted and narrated by Jeanne Beker, Valentino talks candidly from
his Parisian studio in a worldwide exclusive - the first full-length interview
granted after the announcement that his upcoming January show would unveil his
last-ever collection January 23 in Paris.
In addition to the one-hour feature, CTV will also air Valentino: King of
Couture - The Interview a special half-hour interview with the style icon on
Wednesday, January 23 at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET.
