CPI Plastics Group Limited update on TSX delisting review

TORONTO, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - CPI Plastics Group Limited., ("CPI") announced
today that the TSX has determined that CPI shares are to be de listed from the
TSX at the close of trading on October 10, 2008. Their decision was based on
the company not meeting the TSX market capitalization requirements; however,
the company is in compliance with all other listing requirements.
CPI is dedicated to providing an appropriate public market for the
trading of its shares, and as such is in the process of applying to be listed
on the TSX Venture Exchange. It is CPI's intention to have the listing
completed and approved before October 10.
CPI continues to operate all its businesses in normal course, and assures
its customers, suppliers and other stakeholders that the TSX de listing has no
impact on the financial condition or ongoing viability of the Corporation.
