Continuum purchases diamond drill for 2008 exploration programs in Oaxaca, Mexico

    VANCOUVER, Dec. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - Dale Schultz, Vice President
Exploration of Continuum Resources Ltd (TSXV:CNU) reports that the Company has
entered into an agreement with Geotech Drilling Services Ltd. of Prince
George, British Columbia, for the fabrication and construction of a
man-portable diamond drill rig. The drilling equipment is expected to be
delivered early in the first quarter of 2008.
    The Company has engaged Collette Industrial Ltd. of Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan, to provide importation services for the drill and drilling
supplies to Mexico. Collette has many years of experience in supplying mining
equipment to Canadian mining companies such as Gammon Gold's Ocampo and
Agnico-Eagle-s Pinos Altos projects located in Chihuahua, Mexico.
    The Company has also entered into an agreement with the San Andreas Group
of the B.V.I. for diamond drilling consulting services, and supply of diamond
drillers. Consultants within San Andreas Group have over 25 years of drilling
experience in Canada, China and Latin America, and over 10 years of
man-portable diamond drilling expertise in Peru, Columbia, and Mexico.
    Drilling is expected to commence on the Tres-Hermanas project mid-January
2008. Currently at the Tres-Hermanas project, facilities and lodgings are
being secured, and sites for a drill camp are being sought prior to the kick
off of the 2008 drilling campaign.


    Continuum is actively exploring 12 separate gold-silver projects in the
state of Oaxaca, where Continuum has acquired approximately 220,000 hectares.
Continuum is also 24% joint venture partner with Fortuna Silver Mines Inc.
(TSXV: FVI) on the San Jose silver project, on which drilling continues to
expand on the resource estimate previously announced by the Company on March
12, 2007.
