largest independent research data collection companies, announced today the
opening of a new call centre in the north east area of Toronto, Ontario. The
new call centre is expected to fully operational in early February and the
company is now recruiting for over 400 new research interviewers.

past few years, due to our specialization in customer satisfaction and loyalty
monitoring and reporting," said Derek Bildfell, President of Consumer Contact

Consumer Contact's new call centre, located at McGowan Road and Hwy 401
in Toronto, will be the fifth Consumer Contact call centre in Canada and will
increase the total number of call stations to nearly 450. Recruiting for over
400 research interviews will begin immediately.
