QUEBEC CITY, Oct. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Last evening, CO2 Solution
(TSX: CST-V) held its annual general meeting ("Meeting") of shareholders.
Attendees present were updated regarding the Company's recent developments and
the general orientation of the company.
The items proposed on the agenda of the Meeting were all voted in favour.
The firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton was nominated as CO2 Solution's
auditors and the stock option plan as well as the shareholder rights plan was
Pr. Claude Villeneuve and Mr. Bernard Verreault did not request a new
mandate as members of the Board of Directors. "On behalf of our Board and our
Executive Committee, I would like to express my gratitude to Claude and
Bernard for their significant contribution since 1999 and 2001 respectively",
said Mr. Réjean Blais.
With these resignations from the Board of Directors, the Board will now
be composed of six members instead of eight. Following are the names of the

Before closing the Meeting, shareholders were offered the opportunity to
review highlights of the ten year history of the Company and the different
milestones that were accomplished. CO2 Solution will be celebrating it's tenth
anniversary on November 19, 2007.
