Club Passe-Partout Roberval Inc. granted $100,500 in funding from Government of Canada to acquire snow-grooming machine

ROBERVAL, QC, Jan. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister
of State for Canada Economic Development, today announced that Club
Passe-Partout Roberval Inc. has been awarded $100,500 in non-repayable funding
under the Community Economic Diversification Initiative-Vitality

the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and Mauricie regions. Requiring an overall
investment of more than $200,000, this project will ensure users have access
to safer and better-quality snowmobiling trails.
"Snowmobiling draws a large number of tourists to the
Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region and is growing in popularity among American and
European clienteles. This financial assistance from Canada Economic
Development to Club Passe-Partout Roberval will help ensure the viability of
two strategic trails. The lodging and dining establishments in municipalities
located within the Domaine-du-Roy RCM, an area hard hit by the crisis in the
forest industry, are the ones who stand to benefit the most from these
improvements to the circuit," commented the Minister of State.
Along with the aluminum, agri-food and forest product processing sectors,
