TORONTO, April 26 /CNW/ - Claymore Equal Weight Banc & Lifeco Trust (the
"Fund") is pleased to announce the exchange ratios relating to its exchange
option with respect to the initial public offering of the trust units.
The number of units of the Fund issuable pursuant to the exchange option
was determined by (i) dividing the weighted average of trading price of such
securities on the Toronto Stock Exchange for three consecutive trading days
ending April 25, 2007, as adjusted to reflect distributions declared by such
issuers that will not be received by the Fund, by (ii) $10.00.
The following table indicates the Exchange Price and Exchange Ratio used
to determine the number of units of the Fund to be issued.
The offering is being made in each of the provinces and territories in
Canada through a syndicate of investment dealers led by CIBC World Markets
Inc., which includes TD Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank
Financial Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., Canaccord Capital Corporation, HSBC
