Clarke Inc. increases its investment in Art In Motion Income Fund

    HALIFAX, March 12 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke") announces that it has
acquired 18,100 units of Art In Motion Income Fund ("AIM"), increasing
Clarke's holdings to 1,606,005 units, representing approximately 19.99% of the
total outstanding units of AIM, and approximately 14.99% of the voting rights
attached to all issued and outstanding securities of AIM.
    The purchase of the units of AIM by Clarke was made through the
facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes. Clarke may,
from time to time, acquire additional units of AIM, dispose of some or all of
the existing or additional units of AIM, or continue to hold the units of AIM
in the normal course of Clarke's investment activities.
