HALIFAX, Feb. 21 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke") announced today that it
has been advised that the Nova Scotia Securities Commission is investigating a
2005 trade by Clarke in the securities of Advanced Fiber Technologies (AFT)
Income Fund, to determine whether securities laws were breached.
Clarke's board of directors has established a special committee comprised
of three independent directors to deal with such investigation.
