release the attendant console solution offers all functions to be used
as fully featured workplace for blind persons. Further highlights

provisioning solution boosting the efficiency of moves/add/changes and

ANDTEK's solution "AND Desktop AC" offers a standardized environment
with an identical interface on various platforms and is the ideal
solution for enterprise customers and call centers handling their calls
by phone and/or via PC. The solution offers a quick installation and
integration into existing environments.
The attendant console software "AND Desktop AC" allows busy lamp field
information about all phones within the company. The user has the
possibility to integrate all types of standard directories and database
address books of the telephone system or MS Exchange.
An automatic fallback is important when calls are transferred to busy
phones because this ensures that these calls will not be lost but are
automatically connected back to the attendant.
The attendant console solution "AND Desktop AC" is also available in a
version including Braille display. Blind persons can use same e.g. in a
call center or at the reception.
