Champion Female Bodybuilder Laura Binetti reveals how weight training can reshape any body at any age

    Back to the Basics book and DVD set to be released May 23rd

    TORONTO, May 19 /CNW/ - After 18 years in the fitness industry, Canada's
highest ranked female bodybuilder and professional world champion athlete,
Laura Binetti, is finally sharing her knowledge and experience in a book/DVD
set scheduled for release on May 23rd.
    The Back to the Basics book and DVD set is a guide to weight training for
everyone. "Weight training should be a part of everyday life," says Laura.
"There's no such thing as being too old to train. Some of my clients are women
in their 40s and 50s - and they look phenomenal."
    Laura has been featured on many radio, television and newspaper outlets
such as: the Fifth Estate, ESPN, CityTV, The Maury Povich Show, Perfect Fit,
and Global Television, 680 News, Flex, and Toronto Life magazines.
    As a bodybuilder, Laura competed for 14 years, placing first in
competitions in Canada, the United States and Europe. After winning the title
of World Champion in 1999, Binetti retired from competing as a bodybuilder.
She now uses her expertise to help men and women from all walks of life
achieve optimal health through weight training.
