Ceryx Named Microsoft Hosting Solution Partner of the Year for the 2nd Year

TORONTO, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - Ceryx Inc, the leading managed service provider of enterprise-grade messaging, collaboration and unified communications, has been named Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year for the 2nd year in a row. Microsoft made the announcement at the 2009 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards.

The IMPACT Awards were established to recognize and award excellence within the Microsoft technology partner community as well as the innovative solutions and value they deliver to customers.

This year Ceryx was recognized for the value of their flexible Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Office Communication Server (OCS) platform. This platform has been distinguished by its ability to handle the level of sophistication required by the enterprise, such as advanced privacy and security, operational choices, the ability to map to existing business processes and legacy applications, tight integration to other applications, as well as a range of deployment options.

"Many of the Notes customers we are working with are finding significant cost savings and enhanced functionality by switching to Exchange and outsourcing the management to Ceryx. They are still retaining enterprise level integration and high availability that is an absolute requirement but they are seeing a 25-30% reduction in costs," says Harsfai.
