Lots now available to both qualified residents and builders
FORT MCMURRAY, AB, April 12 /CNW/ - Centron Residential Corporation
announced they will be making 466 lots available to residents and builders in
Fort McMurray. A lot draw will be held on May 14 for 28 lots for the public
and expressions of interest from builders are being sought. As well the first

The existing agreement between the Government of Alberta and Centron
Residential Corporation was recently amended to allow builders to enter into
agreements directly with Centron Residential Corporation. This change to the
original agreement was made to ensure the affordability and timely
construction of housing for local residents. The needs of both residents and

Centron Residential Corporation continues to meet all timelines and
requirements specified by the province to build much needed housing in Fort
