forecast path of Hurricane Gustav, it is the intent of management and the
Board of Directors to adjourn the Annual General and Special Meeting of
shareholders scheduled for Friday, August 29, 2008, for one week.

be reconvened at the Marriott Beach Resort on Friday, September 5, 2008 at
