TORONTO, March 14 /CNW/ - Cargojet Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CJT.UN)
is pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr. Dan Mills as
Chief Financial Officer of the Fund with immediate effect, he will be
replacing Mr. Wade Morrell who is leaving the company for personal reasons.
Mr. Mills is one of the founding principals of Cargojet and currently is the
Executive Vice President Corporate Governance and held the CFO position from
Cargojet's inception to June 2007.

thankful to Wade for his many contributions during his tenure with Cargojet.
