announced plans to enhance its live animal shipping program. Cargojet
specializes in the handling and transportation of varying types of live
animals including horses, cattle, and other exotic animals for zoological,
agricultural and other reasons.
The IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR), a worldwide standard for
transporting live animals by commercial airlines, governs the carriage of live
animals by air. Cargojet complies with these and any other regulatory
authority to ensure all animals are transported safely and humanely by air.
