Captivate Hires New Sales and Marketing Executives

    Paul Bolte and Michele Green Join Captivate Network

    TORONTO, Nov. 29 /CNW/ -- Captivate Network, the digital at-work news and
entertainment network, today announced the growth of its team in Toronto,
adding Paul Bolte, vice president of sales, and Michele Green, field marketing
manager. Paul will be responsible for overseeing the Toronto sales team and
continuing to grow the national ad sales business. Michele will support the
business development efforts of the Toronto sales force as well as develop,
manage and implement the marketing plan and activities for the Canadian
    Paul comes to Captivate most recently from ONESTOP Digital Media Sales in
Toronto where he has served as EVP of Sales. Paul has spearheaded the
development and expansion of place based digital media sales in a variety of
out-of-home network environments. Paul has also been instrumental in the
formation of The Canadian Out of Home Digital Association (CODA) of which
Captivate is also a member.
    Prior to ONESTOP, Paul spent 11 years as the VP of Sales for Cineplex
Media where he was responsible for selling integrated in-theatre media
programs to corporate and retail advertising clients. Paul played a key role
in the expansion and adoption of in-theatre advertising in the Canadian media
industry and launching the first Canadian HD digital entertainment cinema
network. Prior to his work in cinema industry, he spent time in key roles in
radio and television, as well as the agency side.
    Michele comes to Captivate with a strong background in marketing, media
supporting marketing activities and business agency side. Most recently,
Michele was the marketing manager with InfiCorp in Toronto, a leading credit
card portfolio management company, based in Atlanta. While there, Michele
developed and ran the marketing plans for their Canadian clients, working with
resources in sales, finance, creative and marketing.
    Prior to her position with InfiCorp, Michele was an account supervisor at
Euro RSCG in Toronto managing the Sprint Canada business. While there, Michele
lead direct marketing, CRM and advertising strategies to launch major
campaigns in print, direct mail, newspaper, online and outdoor media. With
over a decade of experience in marketing and media, Michele has managed and
executed many programs and supported new business activities from concept to
sale to ongoing client management and support.
