Canadian Public Accountability Board appoints Ken Vallillee as Acting Chief Executive Officer

    TORONTO, June 27 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of the Canadian Public
Accountability Board has appointed Ken Vallillee as Acting Chief Executive
Officer, following the untimely passing of Keith Boocock.
    Before joining CPAB, Mr. Vallillee served for three years as senior
vice-president finance with a major Canadian bank. Prior to that, he spent ten
years as a partner and the director of accounting standards in Canada for an
international accounting firm. His experience includes over ten years as a
partner with a large local public accounting firm in Toronto.
