Canadian Mining Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Mexico Mining Claims

    VANCOUVER, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Mr. Ray Paquette is pleased to report that on
November 30, 2007 CNG signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% interest in
some 10,000 hectares of mineral claims located near Alamos in the state of
Sonora, Mexico.
    The Company is currently conducting its due diligence, which will include
the following:

    1.  Gathering of all pertinent information regarding the property and
        adjacent area, including geological maps, assessment reports, aerial
        photos, and cartographic maps.

    2.  A site inspection of the property to assess its potential, which will
        include the collection of samples for testing and pertinent pictures
        of geological features.

    After satisfactory completion of the above, Canadian Mining Company Inc.
will be in an informed position to enter into a formal agreement.
    The Letter of Intent is subject to final due diligence of the technical
data, agreements and land tenure for the property, as well as Canadian Mining
Company Inc. board approval and required regulatory approval. It is
anticipated that a formal contract will be executed in January 2008.
    The Company will report progress as it becomes available.
