(TSX: CHL.UN) (the "Fund"), the largest helicopter transportation services

its contractual relationship with Ornge, a non-profit organization providing

disclosed, Ornge recently issued a general Request for Information with
Pricing relating to the services currently performed by Canadian Helicopters;
interested service providers were requested to provide their submission in May
2008. Canadian Helicopters submitted a proposal to Ornge before the expiry of
the deadline.

to replace the current fleet of Sikorsky S-76 helicopters owned and operated
by Canadian Helicopters and is in the process of contracting for a rotary wing
