Support and an environmental and engineering services contract to DST
Consulting Engineers in order to advance the Company's 100% owned Kenbridge
Nickel Project in Northwestern Ontario.
These environmental and engineering contracts will provide valuable

running in parallel that are necessary for feasibility level designs and
future permitting. A lot has been accomplished since initiating the infill
diamond drilling project in April of 2007."
Xstrata Process Support will perform metallurgical test work on the
Kenbridge mineralization. The first phase of the program will involve
mineralogical analysis, flotation circuit optimization and concentrate
characterization with the second phase focused on grinding circuit
optimization. The metallurgical test work will be used to design the process
flow sheet and determine mill operating and capital costs. Test work is in
progress on recently submitted samples.
DST Consulting Engineers are completing environmental baseline studies at
the site, focusing on wildlife & ecosystem mapping, soils and vegetation, fish
habitat and water quality. In addition to the environmental and geotechnical
programs, DST is investigating design parameters for the open pit walls and
underground mine openings and areas for storing waste rock and tailings. DST
will also be assisting the company with future infrastructure designs and
The PAS for the Kenbridge project is expected to be completed this fall.
The study will be based on an updated NI43-101 resource estimate, including
the drill information obtained so far from this year's diamond drill program.
This program has focused on the top 150 metres of the deposit, left largely
unexplored by previous owners and thought to have excellent potential for open
