Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp. announces change to voting procedure on Plan of Arrangement

    CALGARY, June 11 /CNW/ - Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp. (TSXV: CPZ) (the
"Corporation") announces that pursuant to discussions with the Ontario
Securities Commission it has agreed to exclude the votes attaching to
1,207,000 shares owned or controlled by Ms. Eniko von Bone in the calculation
of the "minority" approval of its proposed going private transaction by Plan
of Arrangement. The vote is scheduled to take place at a meeting of
shareholders at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 and proxies are due by
4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Ms. von Bone is a friend
of Mr. Roberto Ledeboer and has submitted proxies voting 1,207,000 in favour
of the Plan of Arrangement.
