place where celebrities stop by for their interviews but also pick up some
fun, trendy gifts and quick refreshments before they move onto their next
stop. Like last year, eTalk will continue its unique tradition of making a
donation to the ONE X ONE foundation, in lieu of a gift bag. In addition to
the donation made in their name, stars will enjoy treats including: Starbucks
lattes, cappuccinos and a special eTalk/Starbucks creation; Fit Flops, the hot
new British flip flops that tone your legs and core while you walk; Oxia, the
popular portable, personal oxygen canisters which return after becoming a big
hit with celebs last year; Cargo Cosmetics, who have created an exclusive
eTalk lip stick colour for TIFF; and Bark & Fitz high-end doggy products for
the celeb pooch.
eTalk Tastemakers Green Room
Additionally, for the third consecutive year, eTalk is the official media
sponsor for the Tastemakers celebrity gift lounge, now dubbed the eTalk
Tastemakers Green Room. Also found in the Intercontinental Hotel, this year's
gift lounge is going "green", featuring eco-friendly products celebrities will
covet. The Green Room has been designed by HGTV's Designer Guys using
environmentally friendly furniture and materials and the World Wildlife
Fund-Canada is the official charitable partner.
eTalk + Roots= All-Canadian
Once again, Roots is exclusively teaming up with eTalk to make Roots'
Bloor Street location another celebrity hot spot with the eTalk Visa Roots
Studio. The storefront is yet another location for eTalk to catch up with the
stars as they come in to pick up the latest in cool Canadian gear. A new
feature in Roots this year is eTalkBack, a video message booth for the public
and celebs to sound off about all things TIFF, from movie reviews to star
