Canada to play for bronze medal at FIBA America

    SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Sept. 6 /CNW/ - Canada will play Argentina for the
bronze on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on tape delay on
The Score at 8 p.m. ET and Raptors NBA TV at 11 p.m. ET.
    The 'Road Warriors' (3-4) will look to even up the score against a
powerful Argentine squad (6-1), after losing to team 51-67 on September 1 in
the quarter-final round.
    Brazil beat Canada 73-65 on Saturday in the semifinals of the FIBA
Americas Championship to advance to Sunday's gold medal game against Puerto
    Canada was the fourth and final country to earn a berth for the FIBA 2010
World Championship, after beating the Dominican Republic (80-76) on Friday.
The red and white squad joins Brazil, Argentina and host team Puerto Rico as
the final field of nations that will represent the FIBA Americas zone.
