    Media Advisory - Nursing Graduate Guarantee Overwhelming Success

    TORONTO, March 5 /CNW/ - George Smitherman, Deputy Premier and Minister
of Health and Long-Term Care, will be making an announcement regarding the
success of the Nursing Graduate Guarantee. Dozens of new nurses hired through
the program and now working in hospitals across the GTA will be on hand with
the Minister.
    The event will also include a photo op and visuals of two new nurses
demonstrating a medical procedure they learned during their time at The
Hospital for Sick Children.
