(TSX-V: BZZ) today announced the resignation of Louis-Robert Lemire from its
Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Lemire's resignation follows the Autorité des Marchés Financiers'
recent decision to initiate an inquiry into some of Mr. Lemire's trading
activities. Mr. Lemire stated that his decision to resign was taken in the
sole interest of the Corporation, so as to not interfere in the continued
development of its business and to disassociate the Corporation from such an
