its Technologies Division together with its German dealer and service agent,
Pro Nautas B.V., will deliver 50 Voyage Data Recorders (VDR) to the Buss
Headquartered in Leer, Germany, the maritime history of Hermann Buss GmbH
& Cie KG goes back to the era of sailing ships. Today the Company is involved
in shipping, ship management and chartering of container vessels on a
worldwide basis and is certified in accordance with ISO 9002 and ISM
"Buss Shipping Company is a well respected, growing enterprise with a
rich maritime history," said Byron R. Dawe, President of Rutter Technologies'
Products Division. "We are very proud to have won their confidence and this
was due in no small part to the excellent work of both Pro Nautas and our
Germany representative, Fritz Wentzell. These vessels will be fitted with
Rutter VDRs over the next two years as maintenance schedules dictate and we
will work closely with both Buss and Pro Nautas to ensure these retrofits are
completed on time and on budget."
