Bridgewater Systems Signs Software Distribution Agreement with Motorola

    Motorola to distribute Bridgewater Systems AAA Service Controller in
    WiMAX Networks

    OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 6 /CNW/ - Bridgewater Systems (TSX: BWC) today announced
that Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:   MOT) will incorporate and distribute the
Bridgewater Systems(TM) AAA Service Controller as a key component in
Motorola's WiMAX infrastructure solutions. As a result, Motorola customers
will benefit from a best of breed network access control solution for advanced
IP services.
    Under the terms of this agreement, Motorola will have non-exclusive
global distribution rights for Bridgewater(R) products, and will provide
Motorola customers first and second line support services, customer training
as well as installation and integration services.

standard by many operators of 3G networks and their products will enhance our
overall end to end WiMAX solution offering," said Adolfo Masini, Motorola vice

market-leading AAA Service Controller and associated modules. Recognized as

such as multi-protocol RADIUS and Diameter support, mobile IP, subscriber and
device authentication as well as broad supplemental authentication protocols
such as EAP, EAP-TLS and EAP-TTLS. The AAA Service Controller is fully
compliant with the WiMAX Forum(R) NWG Stage 3 Release 1.0.0 specification for
mobile WiMAX.
    The AAA Service Controller is able to support a wide array of access
networks and vendor equipment simultaneously from a single platform. With a
common policy and subscriber profile repository that serves all access
networks, service providers can create a unified view of subscribers, realize
operational efficiencies by eliminating the need to re-provision subscribers
as new access technologies such as CDMA EVDO Rev A and WiMAX are introduced,
and accelerate time to market for new services.
