    U of T partners with Bridgepoint to build knowledge, advance practice and
    improve outcomes for people living with chronic disease

    TORONTO, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - Bridgepoint Health celebrates an historic
milestone today with an official signing ceremony recognizing its academic
affiliation with the University of Toronto. This announcement marks an
important milestone in Bridgepoint's mission to advance knowledge and practice
in chronic disease and disabilities management.
