TORONTO, Nov. 1 /CNW/ - Bird Construction Income Fund ("Fund") today
announced that Michael D. Martin, CA, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant
Secretary of Bird Construction Company Limited, will be leaving the company to
pursue other business interests. Mr. Martin has agreed to remain as CFO until
March 28, 2008. The Fund will begin the search for a replacement immediately.

working with us through this transition period. We wish him well in his future
