ASC Sets Hearing Date For Lethbridge Based Front Row Tickets

    CALGARY, July 18 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has set
a hearing date to deal with allegations that 16 companies and individuals
breached Alberta securities laws by engaging in unregistered trading and
illegal distribution of Front Row Tickets securities to Alberta residents. ASC
staff also allege that some or all of the parties withheld information from
ASC staff and made misleading or untrue statements about Front Row Tickets
securities to Alberta residents. The parties are:

    -  1205676 Alberta Ltd., operating as Front Row Tickets;
    -  660648 Alberta Ltd., operating as S & I Holdings and S & I Holdings
       (Ticket Today);
    -  Beaune Investments Ltd.;
    -  Windy Ridge Investments Ltd.;
    -  687576 Alberta Ltd.;
    -  1029724 Alberta Ltd.;
    -  Jason Allan Hunt;
    -  Sam Sakai Tamura;
    -  Anthony Pittarelli;
    -  Giovanna Campanelli-Pittarelli;
    -  Justin David Beaune;
    -  Daniel Neil McLeod;
    -  Robert Claire Pilling;
    -  Jamie Craig Creason;
    -  Jimmy Ross Creason; and
    -  Alan Yip Jang.

    ASC staff allege that approximately $40 million was raised from roughly
200 investors located in Alberta and elsewhere. The companies and individuals
are based in Lethbridge, Cardston, Fort McLeod, Calgary and Slave Lake,
    The hearing will begin on June 15, 2009 in the ASC Hearing Room, 6th
Floor, 300 - 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.

capital market in Alberta and to protect investors. As a member of the
