ASC Findings Against Lavallee in Genoray Case Quashed

CALGARY, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has
announced that the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta has quashed the findings
in a July 30, 2007 ASC decision that Lambert Lavallee had engaged in an
illegal distribution of Genoray Advanced Technologies Inc. securities.
The Court concluded there was a reasonable apprehension of bias against
Lavallee resulting from the same ASC panel in the Genoray matter hearing some
evidence and submissions of Lavallee's conduct in an unrelated illegal
distribution of shares of KCP Innovative Services Inc.
ASC staff are considering an appeal of the Queen's Bench decision.
