CALGARY, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has
issued an Amended Notice of Hearing alleging that Richard George Kearl, Coadum
Capital Fund 1, LLC, Coadum Capital Fund II, LP (Coadum 2), Coadum Advisors,
Inc., Daystar Holdings Inc., Timothy Michael Lawler, James Albert Jeffery and
Thomas Edward Repke engaged in illegal trading and distributions of Coadum and
Coadum 2 securities to Alberta residents.
In the Amended Notice of Hearing, ASC Staff also allege that Kearl,
Coadum, Daystar, Lawler, Coadum Advisors, Jeffery and Repke made misleading
statements to Alberta residents, and that Coadum 2, Coadum Advisors, Jeffery
and Repke contravened the ASC's May 26, 2006 interim cease trade order.
An appearance to determine a date for the hearing is set for February 1,
2008 at 9 a.m. in the ASC hearing room, 6th floor, 300 - 5th Avenue, Calgary,
