Aptilon Corporation Announces Graduation to Tier 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange

    MONTREAL, June 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Aptilon Corporation (the "Corporation")
(TSX Venture Exchange: APZ) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has
conditionally approved its graduation from a Tier 2 issuer to a Tier 1 Issuer.
Tier 1 is the Exchange's premier tier and is reserved for the Exchange's most
advanced Issuers with the most significant financial resources. This
graduation will result in the immediate release of 17 088 382 common shares
held mainly, directly or indirectly, by principals of Aptilon or its
subsidiary, and an acceleration of the release schedule of the 34 176 779
common shares remaining in escrow pursuant to the escrow agreements entered
into at the time of Aptilon's initial public offering in 2005 and of its
qualifying transaction in December 2006.
